I am the General Manager of both the Loves Park and Rockford Store locations. I have been with Napleton for 7 years and have been in the automobile business for over 18 years. My goal is to provide superior client relations though our dealership process from sales to service. On my off time I like spending time with my family, traveling and learning new outdoor activities. Hello I am Tim Hayes, I have been with Napleton Autowerks since March of 2006. I have over 16 years experience in the car industry. I started as a detailer and have worked my way through the ranks. Audi Brand Specialist: Troy Vail has been with Napleton Auto Werks since July of 2000. Previously, Troy worked in the high end audio/video business for over 15 years. Troy is Napleton's technology buff. He chose a career with Napleton Auto Werks because of his love for the advanced car technologies that our European car lines offer. Troy has been an Audi Brand Specialist for over eleven years. Troy constantly receives many of our highest customer satisfaction surveys. He is very helpful and low pressure and will help the customer find the correct car that meets their specific needs. Troy is an avid wrist watch collector. When Troy is not at work, he enjoys surfing the many wrist watch forums, listening to music and spending his time with his wife of 19+ years.

I have been with Napleton Autowerks for a little over 2 years and have to say that we are not just a dealership, we are a family. That's one of the many aspects of this dealership that I love. Ron Meyer

Ron has been with the Napleton organization for the past 6 1/2 years, filling the position as our Service Director. He has worked in the Rockford area for the past 11 years. He has 32 years of Service management experience, with a total of 39 years of automotive experience. At this time, he is presently managing both of our locations in Rockford and Loves Park. Maried for 37 years, he and his wife have been blessed with 2 lovely daughters. When not at the dealership, Ron enjoys spending time at home with his family.

“I have been with Napleton’s since September of 1998. I’ve been involved in the automotive industry now for over 23 years. I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife of 18 years and three beautiful girls. In my spare time I coach girls basketball, am president of the Eagle Parent Organization at Christian Life High School and serve/attend at Rockford First. I also play softball year round and make a few attempts at golf. I bring the same dedication and excitement from my personal life to our work environment here at Napleton’s. My name is Gary Heckman and I am the dedicated Audi Service Consultant here at Napleton Auto Werks. I have been in the automobile business for 20 years and a loyal employee of Napleton’s for over 14 of those years. I recognize your time is valuable, so it is my desire that your service experience is quick and efficient, and your vehicle is fixed right the first time. I have been married to my bride Robin for 15 years (ask me about her cake business) and we are the proud parents of 5 children ranging in ages from 13 to 2. We worship at Hope Free Church in Roscoe and are involved in several ministries. If there is ANYTHING I can do, please ask.
Chad Hauser
Parts Manager
Chad, a Rockford native, has been in the automotive industry working all areas of the parts department for over 25 years. He has served as the Parts Director for both the Rockford and Loves Park Napleton locations for the past 8 years. Chad is certified in all of the dealership auto products. He is Master certified in Mercedes Benz and Honda and has received Top Honors with GM. Chad also functions as the in-house computer systems specialist. Chad and his wife of 21 years have 4 great children; 2 sons and 2 daughters. Many of his nights and weekends are spent supporting his family with their athletic and scholastic endeavors. Florida is a favorite vacation destination for Chad and his family.
Ryan Trathen

My name is Ryan, A.K.A. RYNO. I am originally from Orlando, Florida and moved here in February of 2000. I brought with me, six years of Honda parts experience. I have been employed by the Napleton's on riverside for twelve years in their parts department, eight of them as the assistant parts manager. If you have any questions or I can be of any assistance, please don't hesitate to call or come see me at the store. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend Jenny and soon to be step-son, Fabian. Jenny and I have been dating for almost five years and have been engaged since August of 2011. We are getting married on our five year anniversary 5/5/12. I spend the rest of my time in the gym, bodybuilding.

I am the Office Manager for the Loves Park and Rockford locations. I have been the Office Manager for the Napleton's for 15 years and been in the automotive industry for 35 years. I started in the office as a part-time clerical employee and worked my way up through the office into management. I enjoy being an office manager and my goal is to have a friendly and efficient office. The majority of my staff at both locations have been with the Napleton's for 10 years. My husband, Doug, and I have 3 children Melissa, Jessica and Erik, son-in-law James and grandson, Lane. We spend time together boating, snowmobiling, outdoor sports, gardening and traveling when we can. I would like to thank all our customers for your support.
