Purchased a 09 XFS and have enjoyed driving it quite a bit. There have been issues from time to time and Tim Hayes has always gone out of his way to see that the problem is fixed asap. I appreciate the efforts he and the employees of Napleton's have demonstrated.

Tim Hayes is one of most knowlegdeable, honest, yes a truley honest car salesman,and helpful people I have had the pleasure to deal with. Howerer, the most impressive things about this crew is their extensive teamwork. When Tim is out Lisa follows up without skipping a beat. The service deptment follow up is just as impressive, If Cary, Mercedes service, steps away, Gary, Audi service, takes up any slack. I know if anyne reads this they will think this is too good to be true, and if I had never dealt with this group at Napleton's, I would think the same way. But Iwill say this, I am a business owner, and found out a long time ago, to be sucessful, you just need to treat your customers like you would like to treated as a customer. From that point on, you will be successful. This dealership exemplifies that belief! Yes I am a very satisfied customer, several times over!
